Help me find an old flash/shockwave/javascript game...

 Any of you guys remember the super simple web-based golf game where you try to get the longest drive and it ranks the top drives of the day? It has a slider icon at the bottom that goes left right continuously and you click twice, once to lock in power, and once to lock in straightness. There's a bird sound that plays in the background. After the double click, the drive goes and you get a distance score, then the game resets for the next attempt.

Please help me find this!!!
